Russ And Chris

It happened.. ::sigh:: We saw an open house today and fell in love... We haven't had any offers on our house yet, and it might be just out of our price range by $10k.. we'd have to stretch.. but its amazing.. has so many rooms and the chance to finish the basement... ::sigh:: I knew this would happen. Fingers crossed, we're lowering our place by $5k this week, maybe that will produce more nibbles.
On a happier note, we seem to be on a good path with potty training.. I am no longer buying Pull-Ups and he's in underwear all day.. A few accidents here and there, but he's actually getting the hang of it, and the only accidents have been at home so far.. He's very proud of himself and has to show it to everyone (sorry Pepere) and loves getting his "special" stickers.

Thanks to Nana and Grampie for babysitting this weekend. Russ and I had a great time with Mindy and John at Foxwoods. We headed down on Saturday and stayed overnight, saw a David Copperfield show, and got to gamble. Russ and I were both very excited to play poker again, it had been at least 3 yrs.. although oddly enough I feel the last time I was at Foxwoods I was also pregnant :-)
Nana took the boys to get their pictures taken at the Kiddie Candids on Sunday.. I was very skeptical that she'd be able to wrangle them both without parents, but I was nicely surprised when I saw the photos, they came out great... My little guy is such a model. This one particular photo place definitely knows what they are doing.

It's exactly 3 months now, and while we told most people beforehand, this makes it official with the first ultrasound picture.. in 5 more weeks we'll go back and find out the sex.

Nothing like a football afternoon.. Good times with friends and Aaron eats all junk food.. sigh.. oh well.. at least my chocolate cupcakes had zucchini in them. He had four of them. They were delicious.. check out http://family.go.com/blog/catherinewman/ for her awesome recipes.

We had a wonderful 6 day vacation visiting family in CA for a wedding.. We decided to lengthen our stay so we could drive down the coast.. It was alot of driving.. We started in northern CA in the mountains, drove down to Humboldt State Park to see the redwoods, then continued down to San Francisco.. Wish we had more time at each site.. It was alot of driving for such a short time, but it was nice to get away for awhile.. We are very lucky we have family who were willing to watch Aaron for so long.
